SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. Orders are sent to our fulfillment centres in Toronto or Los Angeles. You can also select from various service levels for faster shipping options if desired. You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse.
Please note that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Though we try to ship items in Canada to Canadian orders, certain items may ship from the USA. Though we try to ship items to our US customers from the US warehouse, occasionally we have to ship from Canada. Most international orders to the UK, Europe, Australia are shipped from the US warehouse via United States Postal Services.
If you want your shipment to be trackable, please select the Fedex or UPS options.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made securely via Paypal or credit card. No Paypal account is required to complete the transaction. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If you prefer, you can convert the currency to US dollars during the Paypal transaction.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
In the event of a damaged shipment, please notify us.
We will ask that either the item be returned or that you send us a digital photo as documentation. We will then send a replacement item or a refund.
